The tomato, grown in the Sele-Tanagro nature reserve, is harvested by hand in the early morning hours and is stored in our laboratory immediately after harvesting to preserve its organoleptic characteristics. Equipped with a thin skin, it has a dense and less acidic pulp than the others. It therefore goes perfectly with pasta, bitter vegetables, spicy foods and also excellent for fish-based foods.It is a healthy product for our body without preservatives.To correct the acidity of our tomatoes we use the juice of our organic lemons, to guarantee the consumer a unique product.
